Service Description
Joes Electrics provides domestic and commercial electrical installation, repair, maintenance, testing, and fault-finding services in accordance with current UK electrical regulations.
Services include:
- Fuse board change
-Rewire
-Electric car charger installation
-Additional lights
-Additional sockets
-Outdoor lighting
-Fault finding
-Lighting design
Booking & Payment Terms- Bookings can be made by phone or email upon acceptance of quotation
- Payment must be made on receipt of invoice BACS payment only
- Customers must supply accurate location details. By instructing us to proceed the customer is confirming that they are the deed holder or have permission to instruct on behalf of the deed holder
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit.
-If a premises is deemed unsafe due to exposed live electrical hazards, unsafe access, aggressive behaviour, unrestrained animals, or any other health and safety risk, Joes Electrics reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cease work until the issue has been resolved.
Liability
- We take utmost care when providing electrical services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, faults, or defects discovered during or after the completion of works, and is not responsible for any issues arising from existing conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details of the work required, including location within the premises, ensure safe access to the work area, and disclose any known faults or hazards. The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is suitable for the described work and for any pre-existing defects.
Data Protection & Privacy- All customer information is stored securely and used solely for orders and communication.
- We do not share customer details with third parties without consent.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
Limitation of Liability- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
- Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that service.
- We do not accept liability for acts beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, vandalism, or third-party interference.
